Sharonsaiddress is an online only company so unfortunately there are no stores you can visit.

Shipping

After you place an order, we will confirm whether the warehouse has the goods or not. If the goods are in stock, we will arrange to ship them within 48 hours. Or we need to arrange production, Please see the details of our Production Time at product page.

Estimated Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time


Normally, it takes about 5-7 business days. Ifyou choose expedited shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days. While this time will be longer in our peak seasons or during major holidays. If your orderis in urgency, you can contact our service to check if your date is available.

Yes, we ship worldwide! We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $299. For orders under $299 or expedited shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Our product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

Size & Customization

Our product online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photo sand the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

Special occasion dresses are sized differently than ready-to-wear clothes. We highly recommend checking our specific [Size Chart] before ordering. To find your perfect fit, please measure your bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-floor length, then compare them to our chart.

Yes. We accept customization according to pictures. Because we need to make patterns, purchase fabrics, cut and make according to the pictures you provide, the production cycle takes 30-35 days. If you need to customize according to pictures, please provide at least 4-5 pictures and contact our customer service.

Yes! We offer custom sizing for most of our dresses to ensure a perfect fit. Simply select the "Custom Size" option on the product page and fill in your measurements. (A small customization fee may apply depending on the design).

If you need to update your measurements, please contact us at service@sharonsaiddress.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Since all our dresses are made-to-order, we cannot make changes once tailoring has begun.

Minor size discrepancies are common in formal wear. We recommend working with a local tailor for final adjustments. In certain cases of significant error on our part, we may offer a partial reimbursement for local alteration costs.

Orders & Production Time

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a quality issue or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Custom-sized dresses and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option. We kindly ask that you complete the payment through our online payment methods for a smooth and secure transaction.

1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
2). Click "order status"
3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
If you still can’t get your order information, please contact our customer service email service@sharonsaiddress.com.

Sorry to confuse you. Since our productsare made to order, we need some days to prepare it and another 3-10 days toship it. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. You can also see thespecific tailoring time and shipping time on the product page.

Once your order is completed, we willarrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email includingthe tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till theestimated shipping date, please contact us.

Please contact us for change/cancel the order before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot change/cancel it. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for details.

Yes, we can expedite the tailoring process for urgent events. Please contact our customer support team with your event date before purchasing to confirm availability.
